There's been mention of a possibility that pet accuracy cap was lowered to match the summoner's cap, which would mean about 432 or so. If that is the case then:

Head Myth
Body Myth
Hands Myth
Belt Allagan
Legs Allagan
Feet Allagan
Neck Myth
Earrings Allagan
Wrist Myth
Rings Myth + Primal

Gets you 432 without food. I'm assuming pet still doesn't benefit from food so that'd be perfect. If this is incorrect and you still need to hit the 445+ mark then just replacing Allagan earrings with Primal gets you 16 more for 448.

That's for coil anyway. For primals you can get away with even less accuracy, so replace AF gloves with Allagan.
