Did you find out if it was reporting inaccurate information about Garuda accuracy or not?

Need more samples. Was more referring to "garuda was showing as 0 damage."

Tested some tonight, comparing FFXIV-APP to Logrep2 to ACT, and FFXIV-APP is constantly showing Garuda as 100% accuracy, even when the other 2 parsers are registering misses.

So, sadly, Garuda accuracy cap has not been lowered. I'm still getting misses at 438 accuracy, roughly 2% worth. Need to keep testing.

Has anyone done a BiS revolving around the Allagan Tunic of Casting? I am a BLM main so would like to keep Myth for my main class but i do have the Head and Robe from Coil.

Since there is no accuracy on the myth body, so you could sub in the allagan body. But it is worse. You don't need to do 'BiS around it', because in every respect, it is a downgrade.
