No incentive to level up fishing

fish-botting was, indeed, a terrible problem in FFXI due to the high sale value of fish.

Botting would be a good excuse to keep the usefulness down if mining/botany teleport botting weren't so incredibly common.
If it's already that easy to bot other DoL, then why does it matter if it would be easy to bot Fishing?
