They've yet to state "memory limitations' when it comes to something important, you must be stuck in 2003 due to a time loop or something.

Want to know what is due to memory limitations? FFX/X-2 not having English Voices/Subs - That's due to PS Vita limitations and they wanted to keep both versions "equal".
