The beta for FFXIV on PS4 is February. This coincides with the launch of PS4 in Japan, the developer's home country. The launch of the PS4 console is a very hype-worthy event.
The actual release of FFXIV on PS4 is "in April 2014".
Dev response>> Nothing happened to it? It's still coming! Please look forward to it!![]()

1. Wait 3 months
2. Memory limitations

This game has far bigger issues than needing prettier graphics.
They've yet to state "memory limitations' when it comes to something important, you must be stuck in 2003 due to a time loop or something.

My setup barely handles the current version of ff14 on maximum, can only imagine what it'll be like running dx11.
You come off as kind of insulting you know that? This game has far bigger issues than needing prettier graphics.
