Using base damage Ifrit does more as he also does a basic attack every 2-3 seconds. Honestly I think it's more of personal preference. I like using Ifrit more than garuda, especially since his ultimate does more damage and attacks a target rather than just around himself. Remember they're two different jobs. This would be like saying BLM is better than MNK. Both have their roles to fill.

not really even Topaz carby does better than ifrit, trust me Contagion > ifrit. your holding the party back with Ifrit especially if its a fightneed stun that ifrit spams that cancels out plds stun which is better than ifrits stun.
