Then have 3 people warp back and open the previous 3 chests. You get a better choice of loot to lot on without worrying about "what if something better drops on the next boss?"
Tested it and it works :3
Edit: Works for all but Thanatos's chest.

Right. Because open and pick the loot you need one by one instead of at the end makes the difference lol
Psychological tricks works, agree
Just remember to press pass and rush the exit, if you waste time reading all 3 item's description deciding if you need it or not while youre the last left you get the first of them automatically and locked out.
You tested this one too right?![]()

Am I the only one who has "planned" what they'll get each week?
This will only work if everyone agrees, isn't it?
For someone who only has 1 last thing they want, this is the best strategy, because they can just roll on something secondary if what they wanted didn't drop.
However, for someone there wanting upgrades all over, this is the worst possible strategy, because the above group of people now joins the roll. It's best for people who want many upgrades to open each coffer immediately, so that those expecting better stuff will pass.

They should just have all the chests at the end. I mean, I understand chests as you go mean people who don't clear still get something.. but at this point are people really not clearing CT?
I haven't cleared CT.
Haven't actually even got time to play the past week...

It's also good strategy if you're in a static and really just want to do 1 run per week to get your vanity selection.

Nope, definitely not. First week of CT I did 26 runs trying to get MNK body. On the 26th run, 4 hours before reset I just said I'd lot whatever drops that I'd use, which turned out to be a caster belt. MNK body dropped on Acheron at the end. You can imagine how pissed I was.
Had I done this, it wouldn't have happened lol.
