I'm thinking more people who need bodies to progress the Storyline.

Since dungeons are mandatory for that.

Too bad. The whole point of the duty roulette is to be rewarded for helping newbs/other people who are short a man to make a DF instance happen. If you want to party with friends queue for a specific dungeon.

This doesnt discourage playing with friends. In fact, it helps because odds are your queue times for any given dungeon will be reduced if you need to DF the 3rd or 4th member.

They are going to let you pair up, but not full 4/8 man parties.
