[Dev response requested] Unplayable lag since the hotfixes

I've called Verizon twice now. I've tried other PC games and they're all running fine.

It would be a miraculous coincidence if ALL Verizon FIOS users suddenly all got lag for the first time since the game came out all on Dec 26 after the Network Maint and all their computers became out of date on the exact same day. SE changed something. They need to figure out how to fix this. No way am I going back to Time Warner Cable and getting throttled to 0.5 MBPS in Prime time, but the game is unplayable with these random freezes.

Wouldn't be the first time I've seen Verizon screw with a game. Not to mention if you look for it, there are several games where this happens with Verizon.

I have Verizon and have been experiencing this problem since 2.1. It got worse after the the 23rd (?).
