    If the mistakes aren't yours, you can't fix them. You can try to help others, but you can't force them to get better. I just eat the 30 minutes in those cases.

    No, the person making the mistakes needs to fix them. You can offer them advice, tell them what they need to do, etc. But none of that means anything if they themselves don't fix the mistake.
