I've heard that a lot lol.
I understand the mechanics of Titan HM are difficult to get used to, but if someone explains it thoroughly and is willing to wipe a few times....
It's just very predictable after awhile imo. After about, idk, 30-40 runs?...I figured I woulda knocked it out by now. I'm chalking it up to bad luck :/
Thanks again for all the help forumers! Much appreciated.
I don't see how you can compare titan to anything in "higher tiered content". Outside of turn 5 it's not even similar and even then that's reaching.you are safe, buying runs is perfectly legal under the TOS as long as you are only trading in-game currency items for other in-game currency items
that being said, my FC has sold numerous runs, 9/10 the buyers are always the first to die, and its always before the heart phase. we do keep a list of all the folks we sell to so we can make sure not to invite them to any raids or legit fights. im sorry but if you cant get thru Titan HM without a carry then you have no business moving on to higher tiered content.
like any of the higher end fights, titan requires more organization and team cohesion than anything else. if you cant manage to get your team to stack on plumes or to do simple things like save your offensive CD's for the heart phase then yes. you have no business moving on to the next level of difficulty
i would love to see someone who was carried thru titan get thru t4 on their own. i just dont see it happening. sure they have different mechanics, but the team work required to get thru either smoothly is the same
Titan actually has very little to do with working as a team. It's a fight almost entirely about the individual ability of each person in the group. If you survive through heart, your entire group could be reduced to 3 people and you could still beat it if they know what to do individually.like any of the higher end fights, titan requires more organization and team cohesion than anything else. if you cant manage to get your team to stack on plumes or to do simple things like save your offensive CD's for the heart phase then yes. you have no business moving on to the next level of difficulty

Titan isn't a teamwork check at all. Coil may be, but Titan is a individual dodge check on all players more than anything.like any of the higher end fights, titan requires more organization and team cohesion than anything else. if you cant manage to get your team to stack on plumes or to do simple things like save your offensive CD's for the heart phase then yes. you have no business moving on to the next level of difficulty

Its more there's no reason to repeatedly run titan, his weapons are ugly and outclassed by Relics, he's not a fast kill for Tomes. SO by the time people get him down they basically never do it again for weeks except the mercsI've heard that a lot lol.

Not all have a populated FC or 7 friends to do it whit.you are safe, buying runs is perfectly legal under the TOS as long as you are only trading in-game currency items for other in-game currency items

If a player used days in DF to do Titan HM, i would be carefull to say he is bad or should not progress further into game.
When it comes to Titan HM, its far from a individual skill check, and if u dident get carry'd in that fight, u should know so!

Don't do it. Buying Titan is the path to the Dark Side.
Mercing leads to Elitism. Elitism leads to QQ. QQ leads to RMT.

Lol xD.
Whelp, just got my relic. It feels gooooooood. I can't seem to find the cookies they promised though :/
@alhandra
You seem to be placing the entire responsibility of an entire group on the shoulders of an individual. That's not very fair. I've been in Titan HM df for daaaays. I've explained the bomb rotation, explained leaving the second gaol alone, building up lb2 when dps is low, I pop my cds for mountain buster...the whole nine yards man. I'm (well was lol) i70, and farmed the appropriate gear before even going in there.
I don't know what else you'd have me do?
