    This. And if they were to limit the voting to only the pug'd party member, that means a single member picked up in the queue would by default be the only person able to receive a commendation, which also skews the system.

    Except the pug can give commendations to people in pre-made groups. At the very least there should be an equal trade.

    Commendations aren't forced, one can just leave without giving any. I don't think restricting the power to give commendation to the leader would work. The pug would then feel forced to impress that person alone. Considering the pug can commend anyone in the pre-made party, it's only fair that they should all be able to commend him.
