T4 is actually easier than T2. All you need is a dps check and tanks knowing what to do. T4 pugs used to be what T5 pugs are today. Now that most people have geared up and experienced, it goes down easy in pugs.

It's not a healer check D;. Would you need a SCH WHM combo or would two WHM do?

I think by now anything can do.

But I wouldn't want to heal the mt as white mage... that second Dreadnought still scares me.

doesn't really matter since in this turn there is no hard hitting aoe damage only a few aoe damage to melee and if ot screwed not pulling small mobs fast enough, the rest is high tank damage

Erm... T2 all you do is stack and mass heal. How is that more difficult than T4?
