    I am a little confused on these "you pull it, you tank it" policies. Are we talking about DPS who run ahead and pull mobs without even waiting for the Tank or DPS who pull enmity off tank mid-fight? I really hope it's the former.

    What I (and just about everyone I've seen) call "pulling" is the act of initiating combat.
    I was under the impression that's the meaning of "pull" that was used in this whole discussion, maybe I understood it wrong?
