Will the players HP ever exceed over 9999
Will the players HP ever exceed over 9999

Highly unlikely - to the best of my knowledge no FF game has ever broken the 9999 character HP limit. I mean, even in FFXI you were extremely lucky to break 2000 HP at level 99 (and that was only through certain gear, merits and your race and Job combination). So yeah, 9999HP will most definitely be the HP limit I'm afraid.
Some WARs with full ilvl 90 and using thrill of battle have over 11k hp so 9999 is not the cap.
Given how close Warrior is already to this ... I expect the cap to be 99,999. I believe max-geared War's are already closing in on 9,000HP which would leave a very small window of growth for the class.
But see, that just takes things into ridiculousness - because the player's HP level will not go up completely in relation to the strength of enemies, there will just be enemies added later with attacks that will virtually invalidate any HP gains given. 10000HP? Hah! Here's an attack that does 1 million HP! (Okay maybe that's an extreme exaggeration, but you get the idea). Simply adding bigger and bigger numbers isn't really good game design. Making players use what they already have effectively is.
Fully geared WARs can nearly hit 12K HP with Defiance Potions Food Party Buff and Thrill, so 9, 999 is definitely not the capHighly unlikely - to the best of my knowledge no FF game has ever broken the 9999 character HP limit. I guess it can be mentioned that all the recent main series FF's besides 11 allow you to break the 9999 HP barrier. FFX, FFXII, FFXIII, and now FFXIV all allow you to go above 9999 HP. I would say it's pretty much expected at this stage of the series that 9999 will not be the limit, unless the game has a drastically scaled down HP/Damage system like 11 does.
In the case of Warrior, though, it is. The whole thing with Warrior is that they have a huge HP pool and higher healing, compared to Paladin who have lower HP but take less damage. Also, by the time enemies who deal higher damage are introduced, we'll have higher gear, which will mean higher HP and higher defense. They wouldn't add content we couldn't survive with our best gear. But see, that just takes things into ridiculousness - because the player's HP level will not go up completely in relation to the strength of enemies, there will just be enemies added later with attacks that will virtually invalidate any HP gains given. 10000HP? Here's a link to a bunch of rotation and DPS numbers I wrote up to try help BLM see they aren't as weak as they might think.
Someone hasn't eaten a Zantetsuken in-game yet methinks...But see, that just takes things into ridiculousness - because the player's HP level will not go up completely in relation to the strength of enemies, there will just be enemies added later with attacks that will virtually invalidate any HP gains given. 10000HP? It already can.
When you play as a monster in Monstrosity in FFXI, you can and will easily exceed 9999 HP.Highly unlikely - to the best of my knowledge no FF game has ever broken the 9999 character HP limit.
Most of the early games with this limit had it because it was a display limitation. I don't know why people treat this as some sort of iconic FF symbol. It's just godsdangged number.
