Buffs should be instant, regardless of being in an animation

I'm not sure exactly what's the harm of a buff interrupting an animation and just going off instantly.

Balance - if Bards could instantly activate all their cooldowns, potion, and then Far Shot within one GCD, it would be broken.

It's also good just aesthetically for the game, and why the combat looks great in motion. The constant animation interruptions in other games looks clunky and stupid, whereas Internal Release into a Windbite looks awesome.

FF14 isn't a button masher so stop trying to play it that way.
