Finally did a clear. Anyway for the first set of sisters, Suprana does friction>frontal>wheel. During tornado phase, it's Sliptream>frontal>wheel.
The team I was with pulled Suprana away from Garuda and killed her first. This allows the tanks not to be hit by 2 wheels.
I still can't tell what Garuda's cycle for wheel in the tornado phase is though, so I usually wait for her to do it first before dashing over.
easy solution you can try. You can run spilt dps on chirada and suprana and just kill chirada, or whichever 1 is pulled away. I would like to try single dps chirada while my 3 ranged kill suprana

They retain one stack of reduced damage once they're both up, even when furthest apart.
Chirada heals Garuda.
I wouldn't do that.
I'm a BLM, and even I think the wicked wind nonsense is unfair to melee. It's huge damage to a anyone in melee range, and ranged is not affected by this wicked wind. It's kinda scary to see my team's dragoon taking this huge hit despite their best effort to avoid it.

Not true. For the first phase sometimes I don't even see wicked wheel after friction. She just goes to do slipstream. I have never been wheeled before the tornado phase. Finally did a clear. Perhaps someone can explain? It's quite frustrating when even at tornado chirada does not use wicked wheel. But second spawn she does it.

But Chirada doesn't have wheel o-oNot true. For the first phase sometimes I don't even see wicked wheel after friction. She just goes to do slipstream. I have never been wheeled before the tornado phase.

Only Suprana and Garuda have it.
Chirada does have a Wicked Wheel its just that if the encounter is done properly, Chirada dies before she does the Wicked Wheel. All the people complaining about wheel are just not doing the encounter properly. Do it right and melee dps will never see a Wicked Wheel.

This. Generally speaking the encounter should work as follows:
1. OT pulls Chirada. Everyone burns Chirada (+BFB). Chirada dies before Wicked Wheel.
2. MT/OT deal with Spiny swaps.
3. Melee can hop over to Suparna + Garuda, OR OT can pull Suparna (depends on who the Spiny started on -- if it starts on OT/melee, OT can pull Suparna; otherwise melee will have to hop across).
4. Melee hit full defensive cooldowns and no BFB. Keen Flurry, Featherfoot, that silly armor buff that no one picks up should be picked up (Foresight?), Fists of Earth swap. Attack Suparna. Wicked Wheel will probably come out after ~10-15 seconds. Should not kill the melee if defensive cooldowns are employed. When Wicked Wheel happens, melee should run away and get topped off to ensure no accidents happen.
5. All cooldowns should be up again by next sister phase (actually, Foresight might not be, don't remember).
