It's talking about the 300 second loot timer that ensures an AFK person wont prevent others from getting loot they won the roll on.I saw that. It doesn't apply here, because at no point does the OP say that he ran out of time in the instance dungeon. If anything, he's saying that he continued the dungeon from there; and I sincerely doubt that the first 2 bosses took the entire raid time for his group.
Regardless of what it means, this one item per week limit is bullshit considering it's possible for you to receive an item you didn't roll on.
I remember Yoshi saying something about it in the live letter, to make sure to pass if you don't want an item. I have always passed things I don't want, like when I'm running WP or something because I don't want the items in my inventory. Same thing applies here.
Also, got BLM body on my first run this week. Sorry man. Lol.
When is the rest for CT ?
Is it Monday like the myth reset ?
Quite so, it's incredibly rude to not pass on stuff you dont want, because it means someone who DID want it is waiting 5 minutes to receive it when they could have put it on immediately.I remember Yoshi saying something about it in the live letter, to make sure to pass if you don't want an item. Well, I can tell you for a fact, that in a normal dungeon, if you do not select pass when the item timer expires it automatically goes to a person.
I know this because I will often not roll or pass on an item in WP or AK, if everyone else passes then when the timer expires I get the item automatically.
Make sure you pass if you don't want an item. It's been working that way since the game started, I'm sorry you never picked up on that.
yeah this drives me up the wall. if you don't want it, pass otherwise someone if waiting for the timer to run out. I always pass on things I don't want or other people may be able to use.
It doesn't matter what that exact line is referring to. Let me highlight the important part:
Now, I think this is incredibly poorly designed, but nonetheless, they've stated this is how it works.Rewards in the Crystal Tower
You can receive only one reward item per week for completing duties in the Cystal Tower.
In the event you are awarded an item from the loot list, you relinquish your right to vie for all remaining items regardless of whether you selected Need or Greed.
In the event ... a reward item is obtained automatically, this will also count toward the weekly one-reward limit.
* Reward eligibility is reset every Tuesday at midnight (JST).
