The only way you're interrupting a cleanse is with an auto attack or it just so happens to line up with your global.This is very, very false. If you know they're casting it that means you have them targeted. If you have them targeted that means you're CCing them or DPSing them. Both of which interrupt casts. How could you not be quick enough to interrupt them? Are you using some attack with a 10 second cast?
Of course they can't cast if they're cc'd, but the cleanse spells fire so quickly they're almost impossible to actively interrupt.
