EM Garuda melee.... how?

If you are dealing with Wicked Wheel in this fight then you don't understand the mechanics of the fight or your group dps is low. If the fight is done correctly melee dps will never see a wicked wheel.

I am still trying to understand what causes wicked wheel. Most of the time I don't see it now but others I do. The videos I have watched show the exact same thing... sometimes they use it and others they don't.
