    Freeze has 0 utility. Period.

    It's a good thing you don't know what the word, "same" means. Otherwise, there would be a problem here.

    Blizzard II - 1.85s, 100 potency (2.0) => 50 potency
    Freeze - 2.78s, 20 potency (2.0) => 100 potency

    You also have to *aim* Freeze. That'll cut down on usage time. Not to mention >Sleep< is far more useful and pretty much works on everything you need it to.

    never liked freeze to begin with. two reasons:
    1: impossible to cast to where you like it to be without use of a mouse.
    2: it still has slower casting time that doesn't sync with GCD.

    And please fix the mp tick, SE. You ruined one thing while you were fixing the other thing.

    Blizz2's cast time may have been 1.85 secs, but the GCD is 2.5, so you have to go with the GCD, because you're not going to be casting anything between 2 Blizz2's or a Blizz2 and the next spell.

    I guess it's good you know the cast times though.

    My GCD is 2.35 (which coincides with the cast times). But if you want to take it that way

    Blizzard 2s + animation = 2.5
    Freeze 3s + animation > 2.5

    Of course it is slightly longer, yes, but people are making it seem like it's double the cast time when it's .5 secs.

    Also, I don't know why you added in + animation, Cast time is the animation, and once the GCD is over you can begin casting again with no wait for animations.

    My GCD is currently 2.35 right now as well.

    So its 2.35 vs 2.82, or a .47 sec difference.
