Blizzard II nerf for BLM too severe

50% nerf for blizzard II is too severe, it is not that OP as I'm sure most veteran black mages will tell you.

Instead of shaving the skill slightly to 90 or 80 potency from 100, you crushed it entirely and made it worthless to use at 50 potency.

Please revert the nerf or make it something more reasonable like 80 or 90 potency.

Freeze buff is pretty decent, but there is no point to break a superior skill just to make freeze look better in comparison.

As a SMN who got Blizzard II instead of our beloved Thunder, we are the reason it needed to be nerfed. If you gave us a 100 potency AoE skill to fit into our Bane rotation, we would do way more AoE damage than we should.

Blizzard II was nerfed to balance it as a cross-class skill, not because it was too good.
