SE i am disappoint

I actually have had a couple of my female FC mates complain about the designs for some of the gear. Particularly all of the caster gear. In their words almost all of it looks "Amish". The only thing they like is the Direwolf gear with the skirt lol.

I get that SE is trying to be more politically correct, especially with their history of character designs. However, there is a point where you go too far and the modesty is almost sexist in itself.

Giving only apples is bad business, especially in a game that's not a kiddie game. So a game has oranges, so? If there is apples as well I don't see the problem. Unless the oranges are too orange or if there are too many oranges that are too orange. Otherwise try to be open minded/tolerant and keep your prudish tendencies under control(lul).

Overall I wouldn't say it's a bad thing, but now that's a whole seasonal costumes which are just bleh to me. You could say that's just me, but obviously I'm not the only one that thinks these ''tasteful'' or what not costumes are on the bland, plain and boring side. If there was more orange-y clothes/costumes in the game then a only apple update would matter less but nope.


I mean really the only somewhat piece of clothing I like are the kecks*? Really now? Just one thing? Well maybe the long boots/thigh-high stuff in combination with kecks as well. Though still, that is still just two things. Point stands, the variety as of now is very disappointing. >.>

Hmm, yup indeed there are ''some'' oranges. The oranges in said immediate question fall in the too orange category though, at least to me. Probably look better with say kecks though. Although I did not say that there no oranges, but thanks for showing a too orange category orange. The set together, any way.

(Yes, I totally ignore anything to do with the male characters. I just don't like them, Lalafells being a exception. Silly, silly male faces. Y U NO EVEN HAVE COWBOY HATS?! Winter outfits cover a lot (except the lack of pants with the dream suit... would be nice if we had pants).
Summer outfits cover very little..

Men in FFXIV get skimpy clothing too... Although skimpy clothing in the middle of Ishgard would not be our character's first choice, Dzaemel Darkhold is another matter maybe.
