Please make the excellent Party Finder feature more obvious

I'm maybe missing it, but I thought the features of the party finder where also going to be implemented in the Duty Finder. This way if you're doing cross-world parties, you will know if they are trying to do speed runs still, forcing newbies to skip cutscenes, etc... Why isn't this implemented as well? I couldn't find any options to it when using Duty Finder, so how does this fix the actual DF issues?

Ya I think the way they described it was misleading, I thought it was going to be added functions to duty finder. I kinda like that it is single server only though, lets me start getting to know more people.

It is for forming a party before joining the DF without doing /shout. It is outside of the duty finder, not a part of it. It is not only for dungeon runs, but also for something like Fates.

You select what content you want to do, what jobs you want, what ilevel they should have, what type of run you want to do (speed run or for exp or for items and more) and can write a comment. Then it is in the party finder window for 1 hour for everyone to see who would join your party.

It is a tool to bring the people on the same server together and I think that the social tab is a logical place for it.

Yeah I get the party feature use of it Felis, seen it and I think it's great. My thoughts (and so were several of my friends) was that it was also being applied to the Duty Finder since that is still an issue for people joining it and not knowing what type of group they are joining. For players unable to find a group to do say CM on their server, they will get in to a DF group instead, but still subjected to the abuse of players wanting to speed through the cutscenes (yeah some ppl still speedrun CM, lame).

I think a Party Finder button should be added to the Recommendations window that appears when logging in. That would help people realize it exists.

This feature definitely needs much more love and needs to be either linked in with duty finder or treated on a par with duty finder in regards to how much it is promoted in the game.

After creating a Party Criteria in the Party Finder, we are not able to also invite players on our own.
It would help to be able to invite players for FATE parties while making a Party Finder.
Is this a bug?
