If you can't afford the houses now they will be sold out

Apart from the fact they have priced the FC housing out of reach of all but the larger FC's In the unlikely event we all scrape up the gil we may be just s**t out of luck due to availability.

It begs the question, if they cannot implement enough server capacity for FC housing (which even cost aside was likely to be a less popular feature because some people just dont like to share things), how can we reasonably assume it will be any better for individual housing?
