Is it just me who thinks Axe kick for monk seems too good? At max level it's an aoe with 240 potency, puts pacification on for 9 seconds and instantly applies GL3 for 12 seconds.

Yes I was amazed by this as well and I'm a monk! I think PVP will be refined over the next few months with our feedback. 9 seconds of pacification seems like an eternity but we'll have to see how it fits in with the pace of combat.

Have to keep in mind that every single PvP skill is at least 2m30s cooldown with the appropriate Enhanced trait (except Weapon Throw, 1m). So it's not like you'll have on-demand GL3 all the time.
