Not every Steam game magically runs on SteamOS, this is well documented. Valve is better on the fact that by creating a Game-specific Linux OS more developers will port/develop games for the platform, but they can't force it or do it themselves for games from other developers.

So it may not run on a steam box then? I was under the impression the steam box will play all steam games.
