Even M size fifth class plots start at 0.15 billion gil...even after 3 months it's still 80 million gil...

Yes there are probably people with that much money, but aren't they just a very small portion of the population?
And it'll belong to an FC, so I also think it's not exactly right to have one person pay all that...

If you say real life land costs about that much, well I think that's got nothing to do with Eorzea.
