    Yes. I can accept the dps nerf but the ROD nerf nope!

    It totally sucks and it's going in the wrong direction for a supposed half-support class like bards.

    Just one less thing I am expected to do, I'm fine with losing it.

    But I don't know why they bothered giving it an evasion debuff as a replacement instead of simply bringing its TP cost down to a reasonable level, its not something that will ever have a use thanks to being able to cap accuracy.
