I'm disgusted with the bard nerf.

Rain of death wasn't really a nerf. The evasion down is needed for multiple classes.

I disagree. The first thing you should aim for is capping your acc which will put you in 100%... making lowered enemy evasion unnecessary. The only reason I can see for evasion down to be useful is making it less of a requirement for bard so they grab more crit equip instead of acc equip to make up for the B4B/IR nerf, but this takes a very heavy toll on your TP.

Try capping accuracy with current i90 pieces.
Damage reduction was awesome, but evasion down is also very useful.

Its easy.

Just get hero's bracelet (16 acc), AF2 head, AF2 body, Hero's earring, +1 bow, hero's earring (and I think allagan ring too was necessary for this build? would have to double check) and eat HQ deviled eggs.

That will put you on like... 483 acc. Might not need allagan ring to hit that number, I don't recall.
