-10% enemy evasion? I didnt even know this was an issue once you hit acc cap. i guess it'll be good a draining my tp for party members who dont have acc cap but it seems like it will be rarely used out side of wide volley procs now...thoughts?

Most of the class changes make 0 sense. They are making the class more dumb, i was expecting damage nerfs but not this really... They made the skill useless now.

Hawk eye or whatever is now a gaurentee hit (i didnt know missing was a big issue) but other than that yeah.

Actually I believe they made BfB and Internal Release be just 10% each instead of 20%. But i think this change doesn't affect MNK or DRG since they get the enhanced trait.

Edit: to Mirielle, I think on MNK and DRG it does still affect because I know BfB after trait was a 30% boost. So basically looks like all those buffs are being dropped 10% for everyone.

I guess a simiplication of our class is something to be happy about? I cant really follow this line of thinking, we barely use support abilities and our one good support ability wont even be used outside of free procs from wide volley. This is just one more step in making bard more drab

10% Crit nerf to Internal Release, 10% nerf to Blood for Blood, Shadowbind CD is way more long, Rain of Death is useless. But do not worry, our Monk friends get a insane amount of buff when they are the top dps job.
