Is Bow's Weapon Damage getting fixed?

Thing is, EVERY other class relic+1 is 46 damage. EVERY SINGLE ONE.

Caster +1 relics are actually 69. Not 46. It just reinforces your point I suppose, but you should at least be correct with your broad generalizations.
