The current loot system DOES work for everyone regardless of how much they play now. That's the point of it. Whether you spend 2 hours in game a week or 50 hours, you have about the same chances as anyone else in the game. Period. Changing lockouts would not alleviate that, they would simply give the all day hardcore games more reason to stay logged in to get that 1 piece of gear they are missing.
