Welcome to the forums
I mostly ignore, because their's not much I can do about it at the moment.
Depending on how bad they are, I usually just ignore them and go on with my own business.
My main purpose is getting my Mythology and Philosophy, if the player gets to a point where my own gameplay becomes inhibited I'll be that guy and leave after which I will make a thorough report if I deem it necesarry to do so.
The Lodestone can help me track down the player if they are on another server.
Until now though, thankfully this has not happened and all the reports I have made so far are all RMT and bot related.

Other night...had a DF tank that just couldn't keep hate off anyone...to his defense...I am a decently ilvl90 dps while the others in the group were relatively the same.
We were saying the WHOLE time...take your time and learn the dungeon since he was all AF...instead he called us a-holes and forced D/C
Moral of the story...there are some nice DF parties that will help new people....there are some DF people that think they deserve a SR...it's their birthright!
I won't be asking for names but was this paladin a Roe?
I've had a similar experience with a paladin in WP last night which my group and I DF'd a tank for, the second we got in he went "Speedrun!" (With me on monk)
Not only was he quite unskilled, he also had a particularly rude attitude which we ignored and in the end I just went "sod it" and just tanked all the bosses myself and we carried him through pretty much.

My FC has a shortage of tanks so we often queue with 2 DPS 1 healer, and I've been seeing a lot of this lately - people leveling a tank for the fast queues and going omg speedrun as soon as they hit 50, with l55 gear and zero experience playing their class in anything other than FATEs. Usually we just do the tanking ourselves.Other night...had a DF tank that just couldn't keep hate off anyone...to his defense...I am a decently ilvl90 dps while the others in the group were relatively the same.

just ignore them, if they don't do their job once..respawn..again? just leave easy.
Fantasy above reality.
Ignoring them is generally the best course. 2 friends and I were queued for a WP a couple nights ago and got a tank in Darklight that ran right off the bat without Protect or Adlo or anything, nor said a word in chat. He grabbed everything up to the room with the Vultures and Tonberry, popped Hallowed Ground and promptly died after and began to rant and rave about how terrible we all were before threatening to AFK until we gave him what he wanted. He eventually became bored of singing to himself when he wasn't getting any response and left on his own.
It's pretty much the same reaction you give to real life jerks.
