Elezen was the basic person who hates people not part of the "community" where he is born. He hates the Miqo'te because she is a Miqo'te and hates the player for being a outsider who isn't Gridanian.

The Miqo'te has personal issues with being part of the community because she is a Miqo'te and she was born from a different community. The Elezen makes it worse by slandering her for being a Miqo'te.
