Oh yeah, I definitely remember these. They were pretty awesome, indeed. If I remember correctly there were a few different ones.

Not only this, but when we woke up, we could check the bed and receive an item pertaining to the dream, too. Super fun stuff.

I wonder whatever happened with all of that type of stuff... The devs were really on top of things around the closing months of 1.0. There were lots of little treats as such. I'm hoping that when the team gets into the stride of things with 2.0, they'll start bringing this sort of thing back. This, and GMs popping up from time to time to chit-chat/RP with the local populous.

I do wonder though... if FFXIV has jails like before.

the dreams that gave you specfic items in your bed were text only, (Such as, "You had a dream you dropped a X crystal and it shattered" would net I think 6 of X shards, and "You had a dream you caught a glimmering fish" or something like that would net you a grilled carp but there were not cut scenes to go with them) otherwise I think, Story wise there were.... 2? 3? I remember one for Gawyn the Ganet, and the one for Meteor and that was it.
