Unfortunately once your healer dies you probably will die too , So tbh you aren't really that important because without healer you are dead . But WHM can tank without you .

I would gladly like to see anyone do this in content that is at gear level.
You're not surviving a boss/ 5+ mobs at gear level simply since you don't have the HP/mitigation for it.
Every role has equal importance as the next.
