As for melee not being used if ranged had a single target DD LB, it isn't a design flaw at all. It's a player mindset flaw of always using the easiest strategy and ignoring anything that deviates. Why use a melee, no matter how skilled they are at dodging, when a bard can do as much damage with much less risk? Because melee can do LB3. Seems like a design success if you ask me.
If a bard is doing the same damage as a meele, ur meele sux and should be on the time.

It just seems silly to me that Bard, which has been relegated to being a DPS with some utility, is treated as a pure-support. Either make it a pure-support, or make it a DPS-hybrid. But the way bard is right now annoys me. It's just not a bard.
ppl who think bard is support, are ppl who doesn't play bard, 79% are fully dps, we spend 99.9% of the battle dps/silencing, we spend normally 6s casting a song during t5, 3s in t4, 0s on all the rest, so as u can see ppl are dumb. besides we spend 30 lvl learns the way of the bow and how to use it to inflict pain, and 20 lvl perfecting it and learning a few song to aid the morale of the team.
Anyone who truly believe bard is a support class clearly never use it in a high lvl content.

btw, would be nice to have a lb with like 70% on mlb dmg in a cone atk, for the dungeon with like two bard as dps or for when the mdps dies on pugs(so common)
