Apparently you didn't play WoW for long. Going back as far as vanilla WoW Warlocks got nerfed due to PvP. Rogues eventually got some kind of nerf due to PvP and stunlocking, but they could still do it afterwards. There are plenty of times PvE was affected due to PvP in WoW. As someone that played a Warlock from launch until MoP I can say we got nerfed plenty due to PvP. Fail post.LOL, if you think most mmos nerf a spec due to pvp, you couldnt be more wrong, most nerfs have been born from PVE, the most complaints and demand for nerfs is from PVE, take it from someone who plays a few mmos and does both pve and pvp, the pve nerfs are felt more strongly to pvp then the other way around since its mostly control based abilities that are affected not damage.
the biggest issue in mmos is ego, and where is that shown most of all, numbers, especially DPS numbers, people want to play a class they enjoy most and invested in, and importantly, they want to be number 1, if they arent, what do you think they ask for?

I'm more concerned about what they'll be doing with gear... Will we be getting more space in the Armoury with PvP? We're meant to be getting PvP specific gear as well as abilities, and my Armoury is already pretty much at maximum capacity without having to add a second gear set for each of my combat Classes...

nope your talking like a pve hero, yes i didnt play in vanilla, but the most nerfed spell is fear, how much was that used in pve in the whole scheme of things in raids?, as some one who raids and still pvps, the pve is nerfed due to the numbers, tbc, locks were king of dps..., the outcry for that was immense, they also were super unkillable as well with SL/SL build. the only most recognisable nerf due to pvp i recall for locks was in wotlk with conflag damage being reduced, but they still did great damage.Apparently you didn't play WoW for long. your post just stinks of a pve hero and any changes must be blamed on pvp ;/ dont worry, you aint the only one that thinks like that. people just cant admit when a class is very strong in pve that they must get nerfed, i agree with this notion.
there were nerfs and buffs to all classes at some point or another for both pvp and pve. Stop pointing the finger at PvP like it ruins games just for existing. Warlock and every other class has been buffed just as much as every other class. The real problem is blizzard is jut bad at balance.Apparently you didn't play WoW for long.
