Your gear is mostly fine but a primal weapon would clinch it. Don't worry about getting Garuda weapon, just get Ifirit which is easier/quicker to grind out.

Also people who say its fine to do with less then 3k hp (really should be 3.2k) the truth is you got carried by overgeared people.
