Unless you're playing from a place that just have horrible latency, then I'm sorry but you're just bad, and quitting cuz you're bad is pretty hilarious. The discrepancy between effect and animation is a well-known issue in this game, one that for the love of god needs to be fixed; however, if everyone else can do fine despite it, why can't you?
