Yeah, you can't attack charmed people in certain spots when they 'fixed' it, like Dynamis. You used to be able to but when I last did Dynamis a couple months ago they were able to attack us..but not us them (could only sleep them lol.) So I'm not sure what was going on with that xD.

Only if they give the 'thrall' some kind of AI. Otherwise it will be a random chain like Transpose, Convert, Blizzard 1, Lethargy, Teleport, Transpose again etc.

She can become a primal fight in future or not... all depends of what plans devs have reserved for her like how they did with Ultima Weapon.

Siren isn't a primal, and the reason good king moogle mog is like a primal is covered in his back story. As I recall he helped all the moogles make there way to this realm, but he himself was prevented. The moogles on this plane used a similar method to summoning primals in order to summon their king back. However, this had side effects and granted the king similar abilities of primals. Such as the ability to grow stronger with more followers. This is why he is a primal battle, and siren is not.

I do hope Siren takes control of a party member, but considering its a 4man fight, I if they do this, you would need to break them free somehow.

Well at one point in the short video the BLM has a pink aura around him and he runs over and whacks the tank with his staff. At least that's what it looks like, so I wouldn't be surprised.

Actually i think it would be cool if SE were going with making Siren a small beast tribe that worshipped a primal, making up for their numbers by collecting undead followers for their god, the ruler of the underworld and soothing the savage beast guardian of the gates. =P
