When I queue as a tank the group usually runs anywhere from 20 to 28 minutes, even if largely using AF gear. That said, I do tend to be a bit terse: "Skipping rest. No dps. Watch heal threat. Take them to the boss zone barrier." Usually pull the boss on my own with a DF group that seems unfamiliar with speedruns. At worse case I lock the boss out too and it resets, restoring some 500 health.

...I'll admit I do expect people not to trigger adds or cutscenes while the party is still in combat though, and can get quite annoyed with those who keep the Tonberry in perpetual party-chase after pulling it, if only because they're common sense mechanics/ideas once encountered a single time.
