Perfect World only creates F2P games that you can buy an advantage. <---this is what would happen to FFXI(if they keep it) and FFXIV if PWE got em

Rockstar? Really? I do not think Rockstar is in anyway a good company to release Japanese style games. Their style is way to western. Let Japanese games stay Japanese. There are people who enjoy them =(

they could learn, or they could just keep SE intact. look at Sony, there was no SCEA before they bought Psygnosis

I doubt it sadly. It is not what the majority of the fans of that company wants. They release games targeted mainly towards western gamers. They COULD learn, but it would likely westerize SE's game some in the progress. I simply do not think Rockstar is in anyway better than atleast Sony.

High quality western game =/= JRPG or other japanese style games. I do know Rockstar makes good games, but I think if they bought SE they would make their games fit their audience better. I can not promise that, but it is a likely result.
