Leaving party against TOS?

I'm curious where you're getting your definition of what's reportable and against tos or if you're just making it up based on your opinion. Can you provide a link if it isn't just opinion?

Also, I never threatened to idle. I just asked if he preferred I do that since he kept claiming he'd report me if I left.

I had a situation I posted on the forums (last week) where I ended up having to tank the Tonberry King because the Tank pulled the immature Idling. The fact of the thread (before it became derailed into a discussion on BLM Rotations) was that people were telling me I should have reported him for hampering player progression (which they said was against ToU).

But no mod response or anyone linking to specific tos links like people I'm this thread have?
