    Ok, so you are going to have to make up for it some how. You're making it sound like you don't have any acc gear at all. DL ring and allagan ring have acc. If you get boots of casting from T2 you can use on both BLM and SMN for more acc. Heros belt for more acc. You have options. You just need to use all your resources to be decently geared and have the acc needed to do your job.

    Edit: Also eat food. it helps.
