I know...but why having them to delete 1...2...5...10+ posts of a same person everyday? IMO it should have a limit for a person to be in a foul mood...and i'd love if it was visible at least for him...

If every time a mod remove a post it automatically add a warning point to that user's gauge, he will be able to see when he's about to be temp banned (gauge almost full). I've seen several forums using this kind of system and it always helped alot controling those with sharp tongue.

I'm in no way against discussions, but flaming/trolling need to be controlled...specially because these users often bring nothing good to forums.

Oh, I like this idea a lot. I was going to suggest a "3 strikes and you're out" policy, but a nice meter that goes up every time you have a post taken down by a mod is nice. Especially if it's part of your profile that shows up on the left side of a post so all can always see how troublesome you are - almost like a "this is how much sense I normally talk" bar.

In fact, couldn't you extrapolate this a little further, and have a positive side to the bar. Members who max out on the positive and have a lot of posts would likely be the kind of active member (that posts politely and talks sense), that SE could consider making a kind of sub-moderator to help them out potentially.
