Vote Kick if watching cut scene? Dev Pls Respond

As I understand it, the vote kick feature won't be triggered by player but will be triggered by an event (AFK for a period of time, not doing any damage for a period of time, etc... etc...)

Doubt it, since they said misuse constitutes harassment. How could I misuse a system that triggers automatically when certain criteria are met?

If what they posted is true, it'll be pretty hard to misuse it. Hell, I'm more worried that if I vote-to-kick someone who is griefing the run by pulling bosses/mobs before the group is ready or is generally being nasty that I'll receive disciplinary action because it was "harassment."
