If you're worried about that then use the new party board feature. Just make a group and call it '<Dungeon name> Story mode and watching all CS!'

I doubt it.
As far as I'm concerned, people who moan about people who watch story scenes are impatient losers.
Oh boo hoo, you'll have to wait two more minutes. You'll live.

Yeah I wouldn't worry, Kule is right. The party board feature should make this not a problem.

Personally, I would never agree to a vote kick because someone is watching cutscenes. I think the vast majority of the player base feels the same way. So the odds of three or seven people unanimously agreeing to a vote kick is very low. I don't think you need to worry.
Preemptively kick them first.

They just need to add a check box to the duty finder "Cutscenes Enabled" then people who don't want to see them don't que with people that do.

I think if all 7 agrees to kick one person out. Then that makes sense. And what if someone is doing stuff and kick someone out so they won't get loot?
Are you serious, OP. Think logically for a second.. Why would the devs allow a vote-kick feature reasoning being someone is watching a cut-scene. Just doesn't make any sense. They'll probably make it so the vote-kick option isn't abused.
