1: Item shows up in database = it is in the game currently
2: currently only coil drops ilvl 90 items
3: shield = ilvl 90 = should be in coil
4: shield cannot be found in coil
i: out of the many weeks of clearing T1-5, NOT ONE IS FOUND

so we have an item that is suppose to be in the game but cannot be found.

And who is to say that its not going to be something that comes from extreme primals? From what I heard, allagan equipment was in the game before BC was there. So, while I do follow your logic, people should feel entitled to an item that is "supposed" to be there and is obviously not. Wait for new content to see what we get first.

bluebird has been in the database since the beginning and has never been actually attainable in game so their goes 1
relic+1 is 90 so no to 2
every single gear drop in coil is "Allagan XXX" so no to 3

it just isn't in the game currently for unknown reasons

to be serious though there probably shouldn't be any 1 handed weapons in the game as it currently is.

Like why does paladin need 2 items where every other class needs 1? and why does thaumaturge and conjurer occasionally need 2 instead of 1 when there aren't really enough caster shield's to go around to begin with.

Why not "sword and shield" and "scepter and buckler"? It's not like it even matters once you get to the ilvl 55+ shields the differences between bucklers and tower shields just vanishes anyways and the primary stats on a 1h+offhand is the exact same as a 2h of same level so there's no point in doing the extra work for it
